The Rum Dinner (6:00pm)

Please join us for a memorable evening with Chairman's Reserve Rum by Saint Lucia Distillers.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the complex flavors of these exceptional Saint Lucia rums, creating a perfect harmony between food and spirit.

Whisky & Art: A Feast for the Senses (2:00-4:00pm)

Held at the prestigious Beaverbrook Art Gallery, this event combines whisky with artistic masterpieces. We welcome back the Queen of the Still, Martine Nouet, the creator of this event, to guide us through carefully selected whiskies, while John Leroux, Manager of Collections and Exhibitions, will offer insight into the gallery's artworks.

Enjoy a blend of storytelling and songs from Robin Laing, a singer-songwriter and whisky enthusiast, making this a truly multi-sensory experience.

This unique event invites guests to explore how whisky and art inspire the senses.

This event will be held at The Beaverbrook Art Gallery.

The Gin Lunch (11:45am-1:15pm)

Explore the world of gin at The Gin Lunch, hosted by Johanne McInnis, an expert presenter with a passion for spirits education. This three-course culinary experience pairs expertly crafted dishes with a selection of premium gin cocktails enhanced by mixers from Fever-Tree, the renowned producer of mixers designed to elevate every sip.

Throughout the lunch, Johanne will walk you through the unique profiles of five outstanding gins.

The Chairman's Dram (12:45pm to 2:30pm)

Join Frank Scott, Festival Chair, and Robin Laing, renowned whisky bard, for an extraordinary tasting of rare and old whiskies. Each expression in this lineup has been carefully selected from Frank's personal collection - bottles that are no longer produced and impossible to find on the market.

Robin will provide musical interludes and stories that complement the flavors of the whiskies, making this session a blend of history, music, and exceptional spirits. A sold-out favorite, The Chairman's Dram is a celebration of tradition and passion for whisky enthusiasts.

Closed Distilleries Master Class (3pm to 4:30pm)
